Yes, some of our escape rooms can be quite intense, as they require a lot of problem solving and critical thinking in order to solve the puzzles. However, we also offer more light-hearted options which are still challenging but do not have the same “horror” factor. Ultimately, it all depends on your preferences!

Are There Any Rules I Should Follow During The Game?
Yes, we do have certain rules in place for safety and enjoyment. We ask that all visitors remain respectful towards each other and follow our guide’s instructions at all times. We also require that you keep your hands off our props and furnishings, as they are fragile and valuable pieces of artwork. Lastly, please remember to take care when exploring -even if the dungeon looks like it could use some sprucing up!
What Time Should I Arrive For The Game?
We recommend that all visitors arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled start time. This will give you enough time to sign in, get familiar with the rules and go over any final instructions.
Is It Scary?
The products of the Black-Out are the most scariest Escape Games in the Middle East but in case of request level can be set.
Can I Bring A Baby To An Escape Room?
No, Black Out does not recommend bringing young children or babies to an escape room. For the safety of all our participants, we require that only those 16 and over attempt our escape rooms.
